Winter delicacy, Splake pan-fry!

Ice fishermen know that there’s nothing quite like catching pan-frying trout through the ice, taking them home and preparing them fresh for an amazing meal.

Connor Grdosic loves to fish and to enjoy them when he gets home. For starters look at the amazing flesh color of the Splake fillets.

You can cook Splake and other trout always any way and they will taste good, but simply pan frying them and enjoying them with a stir-fry is easy and delicious!
