Ve’ahavta charity winner lands big smallies on Niagara River, ON.

Posted on August 5th, 2015

My wife Barbara, myself and our pup Mulligan had the pleasure of taking David Home and his girlfriend smallmouth bass fishing on the Niagara River. David had won a day’s fishing with me by winning a trip to raise funds for Ve’ahavta , a Jewish Humanitarian Organization that raised funds for homeless people in the GTA.  Conditions were tough with looming storms, strong winds and some rain. Fishing Lake Erie was out of the question, so we decided to drift  the Upper Niagara.

And a nice smallie that his girlfriend landed!
