Trophy Nipissing Fall Musky.
Posted on December 8th, 2016Passionate musky fishermen know that some of the hottest action takes place when fall water temperatures drop and the weather get’s nasty.
One of the best places to target trophy musky is non-other than Lake Nipissing, ON.
While the main lake can be tough to fish because of it’s size and rough conditions if winds pick-up, the West Arm of Lake Nipissing provides endless locations to fish in any weather, right up until the season closes.
Regan Thompson of Mashkinonje Lodge sent us just a few of the trophy musky images his guest landed while fishing out from his lodge.
The musky were caught mostly casting to contact points, reefs and trolling open-water areas where musky feed on suspended baitfish schools. If you love to musky fish, Mashkinonje Lodge should be on your bucket-list.
