Noel Gyger reports: As I am writing this summery the air temperature outside is -8 degrees C with high out flow winds (out of the north). We all know what this means…it is way too cold to go fishing. I think the wintering over Steelhead need a break from us anglers once in awhile. The Trout lakes should start freezing over now and the ice fishermen will start dusting off their gear. Weatherman says this cold snap may be with us for awhile.
