Terrace, BC and area fishing update.

Posted on July 14th, 2014

chinook-july-10_2014Noel Gyger reports. Weather forecast sunny with very warm temperatures. Skeena River Chinook fishing is good; with the near perfect water conditions this year really helps. Sockeye is picking up. Kalum River is fishing good for Chinook also. As of July 1. the Chinook limits are 4 per day, only 1 over 65cm. Kitimat River is in good shape but Chinook fishing has slowed down. Most of the run is already through. Pinks coming soon. Ocean fishing for Salmon and Bottom Fish out of Kitimat and Prince Rupert is good; so is Crabbing and Prawning.
