If you love trout fishing I am sure inland Brook, Brown & Rainbow are your target. To find some of the best fishing for Brook & Rainbows you might have to travel a few miles like our friend Andrew Yeung did heading up to the east-shore of Lake Superior and going right up to the north-shore.
Andrew fished mostly rivers and streams casting 1/4 oz spoons and spinners to catch his fish.
Brook and Rainbows can inhabit the same rivers, especially if they flow into the Upper Great Lakes. In southern Ontario most of the smaller rainbows that are caught in the summer or off-springs of Steelhead and will drop back to the Great Lakes to grow big and return as adult steelhead to spawn.
