We just got home from a couple of excellent days of fishing at Red Pine Wilderness Lodge, on Lady Evelyn Lake, ON where we enjoyed meeting the new owners, Jeanna & Steve Sawyers, and also having the chance to fish again with Ryan Edenborough who has guided on the lake for over 13-years, and we shot a dynamic TV show.
The weather started questionable as we drove through torrential rain from Welland to North Bay, ON on Fri., but once we arrived at Lady Evelyn Lake, it cleared up. We ended ended up fishing a few hours before dinner and landed several walleye trolling Rapalas in 7-10′ of water and even did some evening fishing after dinner form shore and landed a couple of nice fish.
Red Pine Wilderness Lodge on Lady Evelyn Lake is a drive to location, but a wilderness experience…perfect for the whole family.
