Raymarine Structre/Ledges for Black Sea Bass.
Posted on April 21st, 2017Having fished saltwater all over the world, I appreciate how identifying specific details can produce the target species of fish you are going after. One of the tastiest fish I like to target in southwest Florida’s Gulf waters is the Black Sea Bass. These fish may not grow large, but they are beautiful and very tasty.
Black Sea Bass like Grouper find very specific structure to feed around. In the gulf of mexico there are no definite “shoals” or “reefs” and much of the bottom structure is limestone crevices and holes. You can see from the Raymarine HybridTouch CHIRP DownVision screen grab that the structure is clear and defined, which produced fish!!
