Quinte Walleye Fishing
Posted on May 27th, 2009The Rapala Tail Dancer #9 produced all of our walleye and pike on the Bay of Quinte. While many anglers are catching walleye by fishing lure/live bait combinations, we have continued to crankbait fish the shorelines, weedbeds and weedlines. Most of the fish we caught have been feeding in water from 7-15′ depths. In the Upper Bay, Telegraph Narrows produced many fish and in the Lower Bay, the weedbeds off of Sherman’s Point (mouth of Hay Bay), has also been producing a lot of fish.
