Sorry to bother you again, can you show a picture or two of a good rig that is simple and uses a bell or canon sinker? Or just describe it. I have seen a three way rig but that seems to have too much tying and stuff. Thank you Italo!Posted on September 15th, 2016
Hi Angler, the two most popular, non-current bottom-fishing rigs are the “drop-shot” and the “Pickerel” rig.
The Pickerel rig is inexpensive and comes equipped with main leader and two snelled hooks.
Both can be cast and fished on the bottom where they settle, but many people fish them vertically from a boat with live bait or plastic grubs.
The drop-shot rig is usually made up by the angler.
