Good fishing around the weeds at both the north & south end of the lake for; largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, chain pickerel and panfish, including yellow perch, blue gills, pumpkinseed, rock bass, black crappie and bullheads. For the panfish best bait is worms or small minnows fished on the bottom with a “pickerel-rig”, or under a slip-float. Artificials for panfish; 1/8 oz jighead/1-2 1/2″ TriggerX creature plastic grubs.
