Posted on April 30th, 2015Not at all, Chinooks in the 20 lb. range are already being caught “in-shore” in less than 60′ water. The new Rapala Shadow Rap Deep is producing well as well as the Rapala J13 and Rapala Shad Rap #9. Anglers are reporting good catches from Jordan Harbor to the mouth of the Niagara River, ON.
