Im going to rondeau bay this weekend and i have a fishing tube. I was wondering what type of bait would be best for bass and pike. Thanks italo

For bass you will do well casting 1/4 & 3/8 oz. spinnerbaits around the sparser weeds and also fishing weedless spoons like a Johnson Silver Minnow and 7″ Texas-rigged plastic worms. If you fish the thick weed mats, the Texas-rigged worms and even flippin’jigs/trailer will work well dropped down in the pockets. For the pike you will need to fish the open-water areas just off the weeds. There you can again use spinnerbaits, the Vibrax #3, and also the Rapala Husky Jerk #14.
