I have a feeling that any replica mounts you would request from the people who are providing the fishing in Costa Rica would be referred to a taxisermy company in the US and shipped to you. In all likelihood, the people that would make the referral would receive a commission form your fish replica. I would suggest that if you do catch a trophy fish, Take approximate length/girth measurements and than either contact Advanced Taxidermy, http://www.advancedtaxidermy.com/index.php , here in Ontario to get a replica done.
