hi italois it true that when small fish stop biting it means there are bigger fish moving into the area? a few times i’ve been out panfishing, pulling up a fish every minute when suddenly it stops completely and there are no bites at all. is that a good time to switch targets?
Posted on August 1st, 2019Hi Brad, it may be the case, but not necessarily. Predator fish and their prey can live in harmony together until one the larger fish decides to feed. I have a feeling that in your case the panfish just moved to an other area to feed.
