Hi Italo,I was wondering where a great place to fish on lake couchiching is from shore? Also what is the lake like? I want to fish for bass and pike? I also heard there are bowfin. Thanks
Posted on August 17th, 2015As on most of our southern Ontario lakes there is limited shoreline fishing on Lake Couchiching. You can fish right in Orillia by the boat launces and in the main waterfront park, but it get’s quite a bit of pressure and you can also go to the north end of the lake where the canal comes in at Washago, ON off of Bond Rd. Couchiching has fairly shallow shorelines, but right in Orillia and also at the top end there is some depth.
