Hi Italo,A couple of friends and I are looking to book a charter on lake erie for walleye in September. Where will the fish be around that time as I understand they tend to migrate throughout the season? Looking forward to catching many eyes for once.ThanksPosted on August 9th, 2018
The Erie walleye do indeed migrate throughout the lake at different times of the year. In Sept. you are best off to fish the western-end of the lake out of Erieau, ON. I would suggest you consider fishing with Trophy Taker Charters and Jeremie Brooks. Jeremie is very knowledgeable Capt. and fishing seminar presenter. I had the pleasure of shooting a walleye/steelhead show our of Erieau, ON a few years back.
