Hi Italo, Thanks for all the great advice over the years. I fish the Saugeen River a few times each fall and Ive recently switched to a centre pin setup. I struggle to find a float large enough to stay above water while getting the weight needed to get close to bottom. I was wondering where you get the larger floats you have in your videos. I live in the Niagara region. Thanks againPosted on October 12th, 2017
HI Craig, thank you for your kind words. Pete’s Bait & Tackle, St. Catharine’s has a good selection of floats right up to about 10grams. For the Saugeen River, ON you should not need more than a 9gram float which is what I use at the Whirlpool and the lower Niagara River when I’m float-fishing. I also use https://www.facebook.com/coolwatersfloats/ , that come in different sizes.
