Hi Italo Ive been having trouble catching smallmouth of my dock I was wondering if I were to go out on the lake in a craft without a motor and just paddle could I be fined for not having a license what are some things I can do to get out there with out a license.
Posted on March 27th, 2015Hi Dylan…You only need to have a boating operator card if you are planning on operating a motor powered vesel which includes PWC’s. You are OK fishing from a Kayak, a Canoe, or a row-boat…God bless you, Italo
