Thank you for your kind words. To get more distance casting lighter lures like panfish crankbaits or even 1-16 & 1/8 oz. jigs/plastic grubs it really helps if you use an ultralight spinning outfit loaded with 8-10 lb. braided line (very low diameter), and make sure the spool is filled right to the top. You will be amazed how far you can cast a light lure with the “no memory”, very low diameter braided line and a full spool! Casting with the wind always helps.
