Hi Italo, its almost time for open season for the bows. Wondering if you know of any getting caught off the peirs right now. Like port hope, Burlington skyway, or port Dalhousie?. Anyways thank you for your time take care, God blessPosted on March 27th, 2016
The steelhead fishing has been consistent for the last month in the eastern Lake Ontario tributaries from the Rouge River in Scarborough, ON all the way to the Ganaraska , Port Hope, ON.
I have not heard of any being caught off the Hamilton Pier, but they have been catching them in Port Dalhousie and the Niagara River. With the forecasted rain tonight, it should bring more fresh-run steelhead in for the rest of this week.
