Posted on May 15th, 2013Hi Don…East wind means changing conditions and most often movement of a “cold-front”. This can make fish, including walleye inactive. Best techniques to use are slow presentation line jigs/bait, jigs/plastic grubs and slow-trolling spinners/worm and worm-harnesses close to the bottom….God bless you, Italo
