Hi Italo I hope to plan a fishing and camping trip this summer for myself and a few friends but I have no idea where to start. We are from the KitchenerWaterloo area so anywhere within a 23 hour drive would be ideal. Id hope to camp and fish for a couple days possibly for walleye trout or pike. I love watching your show and any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated!
Posted on March 27th, 2015Hi Peter,,,Thank you for your kind words. I would really encourage you to check out the Bud Train out of either Sudbury, or Chapleau, ON. You can put all your gear on the train, even a small boat, kayak, canoe, etc., and have them drop you off along the way at any of the many stops, like the Spanish River. You can experience unspoiled fishing, choose your own campsite and just confirm with the people on the train which day and time you would like to be picked up. I know this would make for an excellent camping/fishing trip….God bless you, Italo
