Hi Italo, I am visiting family this weekend in Ottawa and I was wondering if you knew of anywhere to fish for walleye from shore? Also what type of tackle would be most effective? Thank you
Posted on May 29th, 2015I have only fished the Ottawa River for walleye from a boat. I have a feeling that if you fish any of the shorelines that are close to deeper water at dusk and cast body-baits like the Rapala Husky Jerk #11, you should be able hook some fish form shore.
