Hi Marco…Thank you for your kind words. In May you will be either targeting trout, walleye or pike. Bass and musky season won’t be open yet in southern Ontario. Here are my suggestions: -Lake St. John, Orillia, ON – perch, crappie, walleye & pike (bass after the season opens) -Darymple Lake, Orillia, ON – perch, crappie, rockbass, bluegill, walleye & pike (bass & musky in regular season) -Smith’s & South Bay, Wapoos, ON (south of Picton,ON) – excellent for lot’s of pike in May and some big walleye (bass in regular season also) -Wicksteed Lake, Martin River, ON -excellent for pike, walleye (bass later in the season) If you are willing to drive a little farter, the Kapuskasing, ON regions has excellent walleye & pike fishing at the end of May. Good rivers and lakes there for walleye & pike include: -Rufus Chain of Lakes and especially Opisatica Lake (5th lake in the chain of lakes) -Kapuskasing River, Kapuskasing -Grounghog River -Mattagami River -Remi Lake Hope you get to fish some of these excellent places….God bless you, Italo
