Hey Italo! how are you I always go to Merland Park cottages on picton Bay for Canada day. This year i will be there for a week and i now have a boat. I was wondering since i was catching some large mouth bass there lastyear under cover areas near shore with worms will leaches work for bass what else is as effective for largies how about perch i was catching alot of them on worms but I would like to limit my use of live bait. ALso i would like to try to catch walleye there doyou have any tips THanks alot Italo! God Bless

Hi Ben….We are well, thank you. Texas-rigged plastic worms, Texas-rigged swim-baits and even “twitching” the Rapala Husky Jerk #12 will work well fished along the shorelines, on the insid of the weedlines and especially where the trees are overhanging the water (just south of Thomson’s Point, on that shoreline). The best area to crank for walleye with the Rapala Tail Dancer #9 in the “hot-chub” color is the Upper Bay, from Deseronto to Big Bay….God bless you, Italo
