Hello Italo Whilst strolling through a grocery store in Jackson Square Hamilton I did see they had dead grass carp for sale as well as live carp for sale. Not sure on the breed of live carp but advertised as grass carp dead on ice. Is it legal to sell dead grass carp in Ontario Is it legal to sell live carp of any breed in Ontario
Posted on November 12th, 2013Hi Ben…Carp is a commonly commercially caught and sold in Ontario, both live and freshly stored on ice. Different species of Asian carp can also be sold here, but they may only be sold dead….God bless you, Italo
