Hello I would like some advice on fishing for walleye in the lower niagara river where are some hotspots and what to use and other facts thanks! By the way i saw your youtube videos on perch in niagara and went out to try what you were doing and caught tons!
Posted on August 19th, 2015Glad you caught lot’s of perch. They usually move in there around end of Nov. Sometimes you can also catch walleye there jigging a 3/8 oz. jig/minnow in that whole area off the main current. Walleye like to hang around behind most of the points where there is less current. Good depth 20-40′ down. Best time is at night, trolling areas with a crankbait.
