Niagara River Lakers.
Posted on March 30th, 2016As many of you know that fish the Lower Niagara river, there is a strain of Lake Trout in Lake Ontario that run up the rivers in the fall to spawn. This usually occurs in late fall. Some of those Lakers remain in the river for some time and are often caught by anglers fishing from boats or from shore when they are targeting steelhead.
