Natural ice-Lake Trout.

Many ice anglers like the challenge and work that goes into getting into smaller lakes where they can catch wild Lake Trout.

Connor Grdosic recently went up north and had excellent success catching these very pretty and tasty fish.

Wild Lake Trout caught from smaller lakes grow slower and don’t reach the size of Lake Trout for example that feed on large baitfish like in Lake Simcoe where they can surpass 20 lb. in size. Even though these fish are smaller, the surroundings you fish them in is breathtaking, they are real scrappers and their flesh is nice and pink which makes for excellent eating.
