Lunker City Fin-S Shad for Smallmouth Bass.
Posted on November 21st, 2016I use a lot of soft-plastic grubs for smallmouth all year long and especially early and late in the season when they can be more lathargic and not want to chase faster moving lures. We all use tubes and they work great, but this season I have also done really well fishing the Lunker City Fin-S Shad, both weightless just below the surface, and also using the smaller size on a jighead.
The 3 1/4″ size is ideal for all sizes of small and largemouth bass. The profile of this bait is nice and deep very much resembling a shad which all Great Lakes gamefish love to eat!
