Lower Niagara River, ON fishing update.

Posted on December 7th, 2013
Aldo shows-off a trophy female steelhead that could not resist a TriggerX single salmon egg immitation.

Aldo Nava reports.  Since winds have calmed down the Lower Niagara River has cleared up and the brown trout and steelhead are definitely on!!  My last few chargers have been awesome where my customers landed up to 20-fish an outing….now that’s good fishing!

All of my customers use Rapala spinning rods and reels loaded with Sufix line, Gamakatsu hooks and either fresh egg-sacks, TriggerX single salmon eggs, or streamers for bait.  I have to be honest with you that the TriggerX single eggs have been working great catching both nice migratory browns and fresh steelhead!

If you love to fish, now is that time to book a trip before everything get’s hectic around Christmas.  Don’t worry about gear or bait, I supply everything.
