Lake Simcoe, ON, Lake Trout & Whitefish.
Posted on June 8th, 2009Anglers are reporting good catches of Whitefish & Lake Trout fishing in 80′ of water in the main Lake Simcoe-basin. Weather and waves permitting, the best presentation has been vertical jigging with vertical jigging spoons, jigs/tubes, and jigs/4 1/2″ Finesse Minnow grubs, right near the bottom.
