Lake Ontario spring Brown Trout.
Posted on April 27th, 2022Capt. Aldo Nava, www.niagarafishingadventures.com reports that the fishing has been good whenever he has been able to get in the western-basin of Lake Ontario.

This time of the year he concentrates on fishing in-shore waters less than 50′ deep where he runs shallow-downriggers, Dipsey Diver on wire line and lead-core lines with spoons and body baits 20-30′ down.
He had been catching a mix of spring Salmon, Steelhead and beautiful Brown Trout. His best action has been from Port Dalhousie, ON to the mouth of the Niagara River.
