Lake Ontario Salmon Action.
Posted on June 25th, 2009Dave Kubassek and his friend Gord were out off Bronte Creek in Lake Ontario this past Tuesday and had good results trolling with downriggers from 7’ – 60’ deep in 95’ of water. They caught a mix of Rainbow trout and Chinook salmon. A variety of fluttering spoons produced their fish. They also had a chance to fish Island Lake Lodge for walleye and caught lot’s of fish using pickerel-rigs and bait.
