Lake Erie, NY Pike Fishing.

I’ve been scouting for areas to shoot pike programs and have located lot’s of fish from 4-8 lb. in the Marina Basins on the NY side of Lake Erie. Aquatic vegetation is growing slowly which is making for “easy-pickings” if you are “twitching” with a Rapala Husky Jerk. I hooked a dozen pike in about 1 hr. just in one area. I have a feeling that as the weeds start to grow, they will attract even higher concentrations of larger northern pike.
