Gabor Horvat reports. Here are some nice afternoon fishing few day ago. Oliver, Nenad and Gabor, went to the nearby conservation area.
The day was chilly, as you see as we were clouded. The wind was around 18 km/h and later diminished and was really pleasant fishing.
We landed nice bass, pike and one walleye. The bass were hitting hard and we lost many of them, during the fight.
We mostly used crank baits in different color and diving depth. We noticed that if we reeled-in faster, we had more hits.
Fall is an excellent time to target bass, walleye and pike in the many Conservation Areas in southern Ontario. With the dropping temps., you will see few anglers, but the fish still cooperate!
