The Kawartha Lakes have been producing walleye for some anglers who have “dialed-in” the fish locations/presentation, but others have been struggling.
Paul Lord had a chance to fish with his friend this past weekend on Pigeon Lake, ON. They started early in the morning with overcast conditions and the signs of a cold-front moving in. They started by fishing weedlines using Rapala spinning gear and 20 lb. Sufix 832 braid. The majority of the time they were fishing in water 12’ or shallower. They landed this beauty and a smaller walleye.
