“Italo’s Minnow” for wilderness Walleye.

Posted on September 1st, 2020

We had an excellent time at www.ritchiesendoftrail.com  located about 3 hrs. north of Sudbury, ON. It’s a drive to lodge where you drive to a landing and from there take a 2min boat ride to get to the lodge.

The Walleye fishing is the top choice at Ritchie’s and most anglers use an 1/8 oz. highead tipped with either a live minnow or live leech. I started using the new “Italo’s Minnow” as soon as we hit the water and started having non-stop action. Brian Drysdale the owner started off fishing a live jig & minnow, but after seeing how effective the Fishing Compete “Italo’s Minnow” was he ended up joining me and fishing it for the rest of the time and catching lots of Walleye and some Pike.

If you love to Walleye fish, definitely check out this very effective soft-plastic minnow that can be fished on a jig or on a drop-shot rig.
