Hot Walleye action, Detroit River, ON.
Posted on November 14th, 2016Just received an update from our good friend Pat Pagano that the Detroit River Walleye fishing is hot right now.
Conditions have been good with stable warm weather and low winds which is ideal to fish the Detroit River, ON.
Anglers are fishing Lunker City Fin-S-Fish on 5/8 jigs. The fish are holding in 26-32′ of water and are dispersed from Downtown Windsor all the way south to above Fighting Island.
Anglers are catching their limits in just a couple of hours. Most of the walleye are perfect eating size in the 1 1//2-3 lb. range.
Our friend Americo holds up one of the largest walleye landed on their last outing.
Mike Atkings hold up a trophy smallmouth that joined the walleye bite!
