Great Lake River Chinooks in “skinny-waters”.

Posted on September 14th, 2016

More and more tributary fishermen are finding Chinooks that have already run up many of the Lake Ontario tributaries.

Most of these tributaries are still warm and are relatively low in water levels but the Chinooks have been persistent to run them. While many anglers are using center-pin driftting outfits for them others are fly fishing and having good results.

The eastern tributaries seem to have more salmon in them and Topset Sportfishing has been taking advantage of them and sent us these impressive images.
