Georgian Bay Tributaries Producing Steelhead.
Posted on April 5th, 2009

Gabor Horvat fished on Georgian Bay and reports that he hooked a couple of rainbows in Meaford few days ago. He used a drifting technique with a sensitive float, very small roe bags, & single salmon egg. He reports that few fish were caught when he was there. He managed to land one and lost one. After the rain the water was getting murky quickly. As the higher, murkier water subsides and the weather warms-up, anglers should experience hotter action over the next two weeks.
