Fishing update for Terrace, BC.
Posted on October 24th, 2015Noel Gyger reports. Cloudy with showers highs to +7 degrees Celsius.
We had rain but with the cooler temperatures most of the rivers stayed in shape; hopefully they will be in shape for the weekend. Kalum River is fishing well for both Steelhead and Coho. Skeena River is still a little coloured up and Steelhead and Coho fishing is slowing down as most of the runs have gone through. Kitimat River especially lower end is fishing slow for Coho as most of the run made it up river with the recent high water. Please don’t fish for the dark spawing fish. Ocean fishing for Salmon, Halibut, Prawn and Crab good out of the ports of Kitimat, Stewart and Prince Rupert.
