Today I was met early in the morning by our guide Ajay Singh and we headed to the Chandni Chowk Market in Old Delhi to capture some of the traditional vendors in this very famous market place.  We filmed segments with the vendors that sell flowers for the temples, jewelry vendors, special herb vendors, and several street food vendors.  The market is such a large place that you could spend all day there.

From the market we met our food friend Sanjay Vernon, had lunch, than caught a 5:30pm flight to Bhubneshwar in the Province of Orissa.  Our flight was about 2 hrs. and as soon as we landed we drove to a tasty fish restaurant, had an excellent meal of Rohu fish (species of carp), and an assortment of Orissa-style Indian food.

From there we drove about 2hrs. to the Lotus Resort which is right on the River Mahanadi.  I’m excited to finally start fishing tomorrow and hope to be able to show you some exotic fish species caught from the nearby rivers.
