Our friend Pat Pagano is continuing to catch eating size walleye in good numbers in the Detroit River, ON.
In the past, by July most of the walleye have either migrated out of the Detroit River and made their way to Lake St. Clair, or Lake Erie. Things are definitely different this year with numbers of walleye continuing to be caught throughout the river.
Also, in the past anglers have had to switch to bottom-bouncing sinkers and worm harnesses, but this year the Lunker City Fin-S Fish continues to produce walleye jiged on a 5/8 oz. jighead.
