Crankbaits for summer pike.

I had the opportunity to spend a few hours on the water today with Paul Lord and Dave Evans from Insect Defend Patch. We fished Rapala & Storm crankbaits for about 4-hours and caugth largemouth bass and pike fishing 4-10′ shoreline breaks using Rapala Shift & Walleye Series rods with Rapala reels and Sufix 832, 20 lb. braid line. While many anglers cast spinnerbaits for both largemouth bass and pike, casting crankbaits along rocky, shallow-water breaks can be a lot of fun and productive too!
