Carp Zoom, Carp Fishing TV show on Welland River, ON.

Posted on September 4th, 2013
The Welland River is a "carp-factory" that can be fished all season long with many public shorefishing access areas.
Roger Holton shows-off a small carp that could not resist a well presented Carp Zoom boilie.

We just finished shooting a dynamic carp TV show featuring many of the Carp Zoom products on the Welland River, ON.   My guest today again was Roger Holton who I met and fished with last year on Hamilton Bay, ON where we did a trophy late fall carp TV show.  Today’s fishing was a “classic” carp river fishing show featuring great tips on using sensitive float rigs to using “feeders” and many of the Carp Zoom accessories including; strike alarms, hair rigs, prepared corn baits, boilies, ground bait and much more.

Carp Zoom offers serious carp anglers everything they need for successful carp fishing outings.

We met at 7am and immediately started hooking nice-size carp.  Paul Lord from our office had a chance to come down to see how we were progressing and he too experienced landing a nice carp on the rigs/bait we were using in the TV show.

Paul Lord smiles as he struggles to hold up his trophy carp he landed using the Rapala Magnum Baja travel rod/Carp Zoom prepared bait.

I used the Rapala Magnum Baja, 4-piece, 11′, saltwater pack rod rigged with a bait-runner spinning reel and Sufix 832, 50 lb. test braided line.  I also used Gamakatsu size #1 Octopus & #1 size G-Stinger Hooks both rigged with hair rigs.

Feeding carp cannot refuse the scent and texture of the Carp Zoom prepared corn baits!

The top producing Carp Zoom baits were the prepared corn bait in honey and mussel flavors and also a variety of boilies fished with the Carp Zoom accessories to attache them to our hooks.

The Gamakatsu G-Stinger Hook rigged with a hair-rig and baited with Carp Zoom prepared corn bait is an excellent combination.

If you like to carp fish, or you would like to start targetting this excellent fish, Carp Zoom has all the accessories you need to catch them very effectively.  To contact Carp Zoom you can visit their website at, http://www.csidistribution.ca/index.php/services/carp-zoom .
