BC Fishing Update.
Posted on September 9th, 2021Noel Gyger reports. Mainly sunny of Saturday with highs to +30 degrees C. – then rain on Sunday. Skeena River is good shape. Kalum River water high but in good shape. Kitimat River in good shape and fishing well for Chinook and Cohos will start moving in soon.

Zymoetz (Copper) River is dropping. Streelhead “were” being hooked in the lower end. Note this regulation: No Fishing upstream of the sign at the transmission line crossing (downstream of Zymoetz Canyon) Jan 1 – June 15. Steelhead fishing below this closure is still permitted. Need a fishing guide contact me anytime. Ocean fishing for Salmon, Halibut, Prawn, Dungness and Alaska King Crab is good out of Kitimat.
