The old guy in the back ground of the featured image is Tracey Hittel of Kitimat Lodge. So far, his guests have had a great season, when water conditions were decent. It’s been kind of a tough year when it comes to good conditions all the time.

Noel Gyger reports. A mix of sun and clouds with highs to +16 degrees Celsius. Kalum River closed for Chinook August 7; Steelhead will be coming in soon. Note: Kalum has 4 runs of Steelhead, fall, winter, spring and summer. Coho will be entering the Kalum soon.
