Hi Mike…You\’re welcome. I get much satisfaction when I hear back that anglers have been able to use my information to catch fish!! Now that you have mastered river Chinook fishing I hope you\’ll get a chance to share your advice with anglers that may be struggling to catch fish along the river. Looking forward to seeing your entries…God bless you, Italo

Hi Mike…Some guys like to use a small live minnow, but I prefer to use a 1/8 oz. jihead/1″ TriggerX plastic grub. If you have a look at the Rapala Canada 2014 Catalog, http://rapala.ca/sites/rapalabrand.com/files/u995/2014%20Summer%20Web.pdf , and look at pg.130-133 you will see their excellent selection of “panfish grubs”. I fish these with a slip-bobber rig only 1 1/2-3′ below the surface. The crappie fishing should be good now if the river is not too murky. Any areas where there there is flow going into the main river will attract crappie like, mouth of creeks, canals, & even drainage ditches…God bless you, Italo

Hi Marco…I have not fished that section of the Credit River that goes through Brampton, ON and I have not heard of any reports from that area. I know that they are catching some Chinook salmon in Erindale Park…God bless you, Italo
